Background
My role as employability lecturer is to encourage and support students wanting to improve their long term employability by gaining and completing work-based learning placements whilst at University. By engaging with employers, I design and deliver career and placement modules, I provide group and 1:1 support for our 1st and 2nd year maths and stats and meteorology students to equip them with the necessary skills that employers seek.
