The Reading Experience and Development (RED) Sustainable Action Award will challenge you to think about the wide-ranging ways you can support the development of a sustainable world. You'll be supported to develop your understanding of sustainability issues and take action to address them. This skills-based award is a fantastic way to boost your employability and showcase your dedication and commitment.
Our undergraduate student internship opportunities are updated regularly and have included roles specifically related to sustainability, as well as opportunities at organisations with an environmental sustainability focus.
Reading Students' Union runs Reading University Student Sustainability Summit (RUSSS). The most recent event featured discussions of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals, keynote presentations from University and external speakers, and discussions between students of sustainability ideas and interests.
