Eligibility - Men and Women between 25 and 70 years old, who are non -smokers, with a BMI between 23-32, who haven't taken antibiotics in the last 3 months and are in good health. You will be willing to consume oats, a probiotic supplement, apple or cornflakes, and able to attend one 45 minute appointment, and two 7 hour appointments.
