I am interested in supervising applied microeconomic research on economics of education, economics of crime and urban economics.

Background

I joined the 澳门六合彩开奖记录 in September 2024. I moved to the UK in 2016 to enrol in an MSc in Economics and Econometrics at the University of Edinburgh. I previously completed a BSc and a MA, both in Economics, at the University of Naples Federico II. In 2023, I was awarded a PhD in Economics from the University of Strathclyde. During my PhD I investigated topics such as school choice, as well as the impact of free school meals policies and multi-grading (i.e. when primary school pupils from different year groups are grouped in the same classroom) on pupil outcomes. In 2022 I joined the Department of Economics at the University of Sheffield as a postdoc researcher. Here I worked on a project funded by the Nuffield foundation (The Skills Imperative 2035), investigating which skills will be in high demand in the near future. In the meantime, I started working on other projects in urban economics, economics of crime and economics of education.
