Courses for 2025/26

MSc Construction Cost Management

Learn the principles, tools and techniques of financial and cost management that you need to see a construction project from inception through to design and completion. 

This course is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

MSc Construction Management

Develop specialist expertise in the management of the construction firm. You'll learn how to manage finance, organisation and procurement, as well as the expectations of stakeholders. 

This course is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

We also offer a two-year version of this course with an integrated placement in your second year.  

MSc Construction Management with Industry Placement 

MSc Design and Management of Sustainable Built Environments

This course is for professionals looking to progress their careers in the field of sustainable design, operation and management of buildings and cities. 

You’ll gain an understanding of the latest theories and research, develop your knowledge of interdisciplinary design and build leadership skills. 

This course is accredited by the Energy Institute and the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE).

MSc Renewable Energy: Technology and Sustainability

Pursue or develop a career in energy or sustainability with this master’s programme. 

You’ll develop knowledge in a range of areas including carbon management and energy use in the built environment. You'll engage with issues and debates on the role of energy. 

This course is accredited by the Energy Institute and CIBSE.

MSc Project Management

The MSc Project Management guides you through the complexities of construction project management.

You'll gain skills in developing an integrated approach to strategic management, as well as in people management.

This course is accredited by RICS, CIOB and the Association for Project Management (APM).

We also offer a two-year version of this course with an integrated placement in your second year.

Flexible study options

Some of our students want to fit their studies around work and other commitments. That's why we offer the majority of our master’s courses through flexible-modular study as well as full-time study. 

All of our courses are delivered through a combination of intensive blocks taught on campus, and online learning.

Fees, funding and scholarships

A variety of funding support is available to our master’s students.

UK students can receive government loans to help towards tuition fees and living costs. You may also be eligible for other grants and bursaries.

Both UK and international students can apply for a range of scholarships. Our scholarships are awarded based on previous academic achievement.
