The 澳门六合彩开奖记录 is featured in a new league table, published today (28 June), serving as a reminder to students about the range of support available at Reading, which continues throughout the summer.
An independent mental health charity, , published their conclusions based on survey data provided by 7,200 students and university responses to Freedom of Information requests made in 2021. Based on their assessment, Reading is ranked top among 80 UK universities for provision of student mental health support.
Professor Peter Miskell, 澳门六合彩开奖记录 Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Education and Student Experience, highlighted the University’s commitment to providing quality support and making continuous improvement.
“The issue of student mental health is an important one and we welcome any initiatives that draw attention to the work that institutions are doing to support students during their time at university,” he said.
“At Reading, we recognise that many students face challenges which could be detrimental to their mental health and, of course, to their studies. We are fortunate to have such dedicated and supportive teams of mental health advisors, counsellors and welfare officers, together with advice programmes and online services. It is pleasing to see this work recognised by Humen, although we are also mindful of the need for caution when interpreting league table rankings in such a complex area as this."
Over the summer, a wide variety of University support services will continue to provide guidance and support throughout the vacation period. Although many will be operating holiday opening hours, students can access all regular services, including Disability Advisory Service; Counselling and Wellbeing; Study Advice; Accommodation and Student Financial Support.
