Students

As a student you are entitled to a Student Campus Card on enrolling with the University. It has a number of purposes including allowing you to borrow from the Library. If you have not received a Student Campus Card you can obtain one from the Student Services helpdesk in the Carrington Building.

This card will remain valid until the end of your course.

Your Student Campus Card is not transferrable and you will be responsible for all items borrowed using it and any associated fines which may result from their late return.

You will need your Student Campus Card to access the Library.  You will be allowed to enter the Library a maximum of 5 times during any academic year without your Campus Card.  If you have forgotten your Campus Card, please speak to staff at the Reception Desk.

For information on how to use this card to access Library services please see our Borrowing pages.

To renew loans, place holds and access your Library account you will need to login using your University username and password (the same one you will use to access your University email and Blackboard)

You can access online resources using your University username and password - see our E-resources pages for more information.

See our Privacy notice (PDF) for information on what personal information we collect, hold and share in order to provide Library services to you and your rights in respect of the data we hold about you.
