Catalogues
We have a number of different catalogues to provide access to our print and online resources. Enterprise and Summon are our primary catalogues - Enterprise giving title level access to our print and online materials, Summon giving article and chapter level access to online resources. For a definitive check of online access to a specific journal, use the E-journals Finder.
Enterprise
Enterprise is the University collections catalogue. Use it to search across many collections held by the University - see the Information link below for more detail. It includes printed books, e-books, printed journals, most of our e-journals, archives, rare books, atlases, maps, many other types of printed and multimedia material, objects and specimens.
Summon
Use the Summon discovery service to find online journal articles and book chapters covered by many of the Library's subscriptions and some open access resources.
E-journals Finder
Use the E-journals Finder to search or browse lists of our online periodicals. It is the most comprehensive source of information about our e-journals, as it is more complete and up-to-date than Enterprise or Summon.
BrowZine
Use BrowZine to select, and keep up-to-date with, your favourite journals. It draws together many of our e-journals in an attractive, easy to use interface. Download the app for updates on the latest issues of your selected journals.
Map Card Catalogue
The Map Card Catalogue is located on the 4th Floor of the University Library, adjacent to the map cabinets. It lists acquisitions up to 1993 by geographical area. More recent acquisitions are catalogued on Enterprise.
