All of us have a responsibility to create and sustain an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone at the University, so we ask all staff to complete our online learning module about equality and diversity.

Diversity and inclusion at the university of reading
This hour-long module will introduce colleagues to the Diversity and Inclusion Strategy at the University. The training is mandatory for all staff and you will be asked to complete it every three years. You can:
- complete the module when you want and repeat the questions as often as you wish
- bookmark your progress and return to it when you like
- complete the module in one session or over a number of days.
Unconscious Bias
Unconscious Bias: this challenging 30-minute module takes you on a journey where you will discover your own unconscious biases and ways to combat these biases in the workplace.
Unconscious Bias for panel members: for those involved in selection, recruitment and promotion process activities. This e-learning course provides a comprehensive understanding of the concept of unconscious bias.
There are other diversity and inclusion trainings available on UoRLearn, including: Trans Awareness, LGBT+ Allyship, Let's Talk About Race, Active Bystander, Neurodiversity at Work, and Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Training.

CQSD provides many D&I-related courses which have included Inclusive Teaching, Supporting Students, Dyslexia and Other Specific Learning Difficulties, ADHD and Effectively Supporting Students, ASD/Asbergers, Supporting Students with Mental Health Difficulties.
