Aims:
The aim of this module is to develop the students’Ìýunderstanding of core business and professional values and to illustrate the relevance of such value sets to professional practice in the real estate sector.Ìý

Upon completion of the module, students should be able to:Ìý
demonstrate aÌýsystematic understanding of the relevance of business and professional values to professional practice in the real estate sector;Ìý
deal with complex ‘real world’ value issues,Ìýboth systematically and creatively,Ìýand to make sound judgements in the absence of complete data;Ìý
demonstrate the ability to evaluate and critique competing solutions;Ìý

The module will be assessed by an individual problem-based practical skills assessment in the form of an open book exam.ÌýWordÌýguideÌýlength 2,500 words. All word counts are for guidance only.
