Step three – Formal Graduation Registration
Registration
The ceremony schedule will be published online from mid-October. At this time you will be emailed your invitation to formally register for graduation. Your invitation will state the precise time and date of your ceremony.
by Sunday 3 November 2024.You need to register on your
Guest tickets
Graduation is a special time for you and your guests. Unfortunately, due to the space limitations of our historic Great Hall, we can only allow two ticketed guests entry to the Hall per graduand in advance.
You can apply for up to two guest tickets when you register on the Portal and we will endeavour to allocate you tickets. Priority will be given to those who successfully completed the expression of interest process prior to formal graduation registration. If extra tickets are available these will be given out on a first come first served basis on the day. These will be limited to a maximum of two extra tickets per student.
We do not limit the number of guests that can join you on the Whiteknights campus to celebrate your day. Livestream room facilities will be available on the Whiteknights campus on a first come, first served basis for those guests without tickets to the Great Hall to watch your ceremony live.
There is no charge for guest tickets. Graduating students do not require a ticket themselves for their ceremony. We will be able to confirm your guest ticket allocation shortly after the registration process closes.
