Uni Mental Health Day
14 March 2024
University Mental Health Day is a chance to raise awareness of the importance of taking care of ourselves and each other.
At the 澳门六合彩开奖记录, we prioritise the mental health and wellbeing of all students.
We understand that life as a University student can be challenging, it's understandable you can feel overwhelmed at times, without all the additional stressors that navigating life can bring. It's important to listen to how you are feeling and support your own individual needs.
Supporting you today and all year round
There are many options for Support available to you at the University and in the local area. You don't have to be in a crisis to reach out. Students have unlimited access to the 24 hour support line offering free confidential support on any personal issues you want to discuss. Your dedicated Welfare team are also here In person for your needs.
If you don't feel ready to talk to anyone, you can access our A-Z of Welfare resources covering many common issues, with self-help advice and signpost to specific support.
Wellness is not merely the absence of illness or distress, it is having the space for positive mental, physical and social wellbeing. Knowing what support you need is the first step to ensuring you are looking after yourself at university. The will help you identify areas to work on, with the help of useful links to support.
