Microsoft Stream

All University staff and students have access to Stream via M365. Microsoft Stream is a video service that enables you to upload, view, and securely share videos within the University.
What is it for:
- View and share your video recordings and videos that have been shared with you in one place.
- Choose who is able to see the video content and how widely you wish to share it.
- Generate transcripts and add chapters to video files.
- View your video content across multiple devices.
Stream must not be used for teaching and learning videos (we have Yuja for that).
Stream & Yuja Learning Capture
is the approved platform for sharing teaching and learning video content.
